Gavin obtained a Commerce/Law degree from the University of New South Wales before joining Bain & Co, working in their offices in Australia and the United States. In 1999 he founded Portland Group, a specialist consulting and outsourced services company that has worked with more than 50 ASX 200 companies to drive cost reductions in their operations by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of their supply chains.
Portland Group was acquired by Infosys, a global IT and business services organisation, in 2012 and Gavin remained the CEO until Jan 2014. Throughout his career Gavin has had an interest in the health sector and co-founded Healthshare to provide Australians with online tools to empower them to improve health outcomes.

Tim specialises in developing and driving strategy, particularly marrying technology advances and business needs. He received his MBA in Business Administration and Management from Harvard University in 1996, graduating as a Baker's Scholar, and holds a BCom degree from the University of Melbourne, where he graduated with First Class Honours in 1991.
Tim's management career spans Asia, Europe, the US and Australia and his skills were honed during his time working in Silicon Valley, where he held roles in sales, marketing, product management and finance within a number of companies in the global technology and internet markets. In 2003 Tim joined MYOB, Australasia's largest business management software provider and spent five years overseeing the company's growth and its online services expansion. Tim became CEO of MYOB in 2008 and continues to hold this position. Tim is also a part owner and board member of EHM (Executive Health Management).

Paul is a business executive with extensive leadership experience across both private and public companies, specialising in strategy, international growth, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity-backed ventures. The last 10 years have been focussed on healthcare organisations. He holds an LLB and an MBA with Distinction from the University of Western Ontario and has extensive commercial experience, most recently as Asia Pacific Regional Director at Amplifon, the global leader in audiology, a role he has held since 2010.
Prior to that, he spent six years as CEO of NHC Group, Australia's and New Zealand's largest provider of audiology services. Prior to this, Paul was the CEO of Medical Imaging Australia, joining the company after spending three years as Executive Vice President of Telus Communications in Canada. Prior to moving into industry, Paul spent 12 years as a partner at the Boston Consulting Group in Sydney and practiced law as a barrister & solicitor for four years with Walsh Young in Calgary, Canada.

Rami was appointed as Healthshare's Chief Executive Officer in 2014, having previously spent three years leading the company's Product Development & Strategy teams. As CEO, Rami is focused on driving Healthshare’s vision as an innovator in the digital health space, building strategic partnerships in Australia and abroad as well as guiding the future direction of the product roadmap.
Rami previously founded Boomerater.com, an online decision guide helping the 50+ demographic make better-informed life choices. Under Rami's leadership, the website formed partnerships with major players across the financial planning, legal, senior housing and health verticals, providing a one-stop portal for Baby Boomers to research, compare and find service providers in these areas.
He is also a founding mentor in Startmate, an Australian startup accelerator which offers mentorship and seed financing to founders of Internet and Software businesses based in Australia. Rami has a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology from the University of New South Wales and also studied at New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Paul joined our leadership team as Chief Operating Officer in May 2015. He has responsibility for overseeing business operations across all core products. Prior to joining Healthshare, Paul had a successful career at Aristocrat, a listed ASX100 company, in Las Vegas and Sydney. Previously, Paul spent three years at Deloitte in Sydney.
Paul completed his MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management in 2014. He also has a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Technology, Sydney.

His previous roles include sales in Pfizer's Cardiology, Metabolic and Urology portfolios, Device Technologies in Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Respiratory Medicine, ICU, Nuclear Medicine & Orthopaedics and Informa Healthcare with Multinational Pharma, Biotechnology, Venture Capital, Research Institutes and Generic Pharma across Australia and Asia Pacific.
Chris’ role at Healthshare involves developing viable commercial plans, growing partnerships with key stakeholders and implementing strategies with an elite field force.

Carly’s dynamic career has spanned several roles in Marketing including marketing communication – traditional and digital, strategy development, sponsorship and integrated campaigns as well as Business Development. Most recently she was a Founding Member of RangeMe, a tech start up that was founded in Australia in 2014, expanded to the US market in 2015 and successfully sold in 2017. Carly is no stranger to Healthshare, having worked for the business for many years shortly after foundation. Since re-joining in 2018, she has been responsible for developing and running the marketing function with enthusiasm and passion.
Chief Technology Officer
Lachlan joined HealthShare in 2013 as the lead on our product development team. Over the years, Lachlan has been instrumental in improving the reliability and quality of HealthShare's infrastructure and the features developed upon it. Now in the role of CTO, Lachlan has expanded responsibilities to lead and support a growing team, manage the increase of tools and product usage, and ensure that we are well placed to build the health platforms of the future.
Previously, he has worked for the online fitness website, Fitness2Live, and door-to-door sales software provider InterfaceIT, as well as taking time to work upon his own personal projects.

Joining HealthShare in 2017 and now leading the company’s Product and go-to-market strategy, Ben brings a unique blend of commercial, marketing and product experience developed over 12 years in the digital health tech space.
Prior to joining HealthShare, Ben worked with MedicalDirector (GP software) to commercialise integrations with diverse health tech solutions, partnering for successful execution to clinical practice and patient customers, and defining product requirements guided by customer needs and market growth opportunities.
Ben’s background extensively involves interfacing between medical practitioners and health stakeholders in Government, Pharma, PHIs, NGOs and other health tech businesses to develop commercial and solution requirements, and leverage internal teams for successful delivery.
Dr Jill Gamberg graduated with Honours from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in 2007, after which she completed her General Practitioner training in the Hunter Valley region. Jill is a fellow of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, and practices as a GP in Sydney in addition to her role at Healthshare.
Jill has early professional experience as a qualified Sports Therapist, and has brought her knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries to her practising as a GP. Jill’s style is preventive, holistic and integrative, and she has a strong interest in the areas of paediatrics, antenatal care, nutritional deficiencies, and travel medicine.
With a passion for nutrition, the outdoors and keeping active in her spare time, Jill enjoys travelling, nature, exercise, good food and spending time with her family.
Dr Ron Granot is an experienced neurologist, with a focus on headache and chronic pain conditions as well as neurophysiology. Ron graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery and Medical Science (Medicine and Surgery) in 1999, with First Class Honors and the University Medal. He completed fellowships in neurophysiology and pain. Ron is accredited with the Medical Board of Australia, and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and Australian Association of Neurologists. He is a conjoint lecturer at UNSW, and practices as a Neurologist in Sydney in addition to his role at Healthshare.
With a passion for his patients, Ron is always looking for ways to improve the healthcare system and the services he provides. Along with his extensive practical experience, Ron also has produced a number of publications, including book chapters on “Endozepines” and “Computer Technology in Medical Practice and Its Impact on the Delivery of Health Care” as well as numerous journal articles.
Ron is the creator of the Better Consult clinical system (formerly known as DoctorHx). This system was created to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the healthcare system, specifically in relation to the most important aspect - the clinical consultation, with benefits for quality of care as well as improved note taking and administrative tasks, to ultimately improve patient-focussed care.
