About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our growing number of Corporate Health Client accounts across Pharmaceutical, OTC, Medical Device, Complementary Medicine and Not-For-Profits.

Reporting directly into the Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and increasing client retention and revenue to ensure our clients receive value on their investments with HealthShare.

Attributes

  • Tertiary qualification in Life or Medical Sciences (essential) and understanding of Medical terminology
  • 2+ years’ in a similar role within a B2B organisation or account management experience
  • Proven B2B Account Management experience (preferably with pharmaceutical brands)
  • Previous experience with selling digital products to the pharmaceutical sector (preferred)
  • Thrive in autonomous working environment with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity, meeting deadlines, and showing relentless persistence 
  • Demonstrate top-notch communication and presentation skills with the ability to creatively sell to all decision-making levels
  • Great people skills – you’ll be working closely with key business units across the Healthshare team notably marketing and finance
  • Professional and confident communicator – you’ll be engaging with clients in person, over the phone and via email
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent time management
  • High EQ and ability to obtain an understanding of client’s current position and needs
