About the Role:

We are looking for a driven individual with managerial experience who has a passion for providing customer support and maintaining accurate records.

Reporting directly into the Sales & Operations Manager, you will  manage the daily activities of a small team of support personnel. You will be responsible for coordinating and responding to enquiries as well as the completion of data verification activities.


Management of Support Team

  • Management of Support Team (4 experienced employees)
  • Coordination/prioritisation of work activities
  • Implement and reorient team procedure based on best practices of customer service and systems analysis
  • Liaise with our Systems Data Team to maintain high integrity of data across our platform

Support Activities

  • Manage enquiries received via email and phone – ensure these are actioned promptly through a combination of direct handling and delegation
  • Verification and data entry for creating/maintaining accurate health information
  • Identify solutions, resolve and respond to enquiries from various healthcare stakeholders
  • Update health records in accordance with the relevant regulation agency
  • Follow all relevant systems and workflow procedures to ensure documentation remains concise
  • Proactively identify improvements to processes and business operations
  • Assist with relevant Ad Hoc projects as required


To apply for this full-time role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:


  • 3+ years managerial experience
  • Professional and confident communicator – ability to engage with healthcare professionals, administrative staff and patients 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (internal and external stakeholders)
  • High level of attention to detail and time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt style to suit audience
  • Ability to prioritise workload, use initiative and multi-task


  • Experience and knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • Data entry and healthcare administration experience
  • Ex-nurse or Practice Manager
