About the Role:

We are searching for a motivated full time or part-time (minimum 25 hours per week) Office Manager with Executive Assistant experience to assist with organisational effectiveness and efficiency at our Bondi Junction office.


  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, invoices and errands
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and building manager
  • Provide general support to executive team and visitors
  • Conduct necessary research on company initiatives
  • Correlate information and PowerPoint slides as necessary
  • Manage executives’ meetings, schedules, calendars and appointments as necessary
  • Monitor and assist with clerical and administrative responsibilities and tasks
  • Complete monthly corporate credit card requisitions
  • Provide admin/processing support to finance team
  • Participate actively with HR to plan and execute company events
  • Manage and coordinate all office and administrative responsibilities and tasks.
  • Assist with office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment
  • Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
  • Partner with HR to assist with Recruitment as necessary
  • Streamlining administrative procedures

Essential Attributes

  • 2+ years’ in a similar role
  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Experience using Microsoft suite
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and integrity of quality of work
