About the Role:

HealthShare are on a growth journey and we are looking for a tech savvy Systems Administrator and IT all-rounder to join our Business Operations, Data & Systems team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter looking to become the go-to for all things systems as part of a small, high performing team.

You will work from our vibrant Bondi Junction office. The role is aimed at candidates seeking full-time employment.

Attributes

  • Assessing various systems and platforms used across the business, and identifying and driving improvements to better meet user needs in the face of business and product growth
  • Managing our Salesforce environment - maintain existing system and integrations, and develop new solutions / plug-ins to meet business requirements in a changing environment
  • Performing ongoing system administration including application of security settings, systems access and methods to ensure data integrity
  • Daily salesforce administrative tasks including customisation, configuration and building reports and dashboards
  • Documentation of procedures and training of other staff members for business-critical operations and relevant system administration activities
  • Internal support for all things IT which can include assisting around the office, rollout of new systems, setup and maintenance of computers and network administration
  • Identifying business processes and workflows that can be simplified, streamlined, strengthened and/or automated
  • Working with our proprietary CMS to improve data/information flows throughout the organisation

 

Essential Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT or related field
  • Salesforce administration experience
  • 3+ years professional experience in a similar role
  • The ability to effectively communicate technical/complex concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Passion and comfort working with a range of technologies
