About the Role:

HealthShare is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. You’re a self-starter who is passionate about health technology, sales and customer success.


The purpose of this role is to maintain and increase Medical Specialist client retention and revenue. Your role is also key in ensuring the productivity, efficiency and profitability of the broader business unit. Reporting directly into the Sales & Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with a group of passionate and bright-minded colleagues.



  • Managing our growing number of Medical Specialist client accounts – handle all interactions and ensure that clients receive a high return on investment
  • Key point of contact for all client inquiries, and adhere to our high standards of professionalism and responsiveness
  • Meet with clients at least quarterly to report success, explain product developments, facilitate contract renewal and cross-sell new solutions
  • Rolling forecasting for projected renewals, upsell opportunities, content marketing opportunities
  • Liaise with Finance team to manage collections and minimise overdue accounts
  • Collaborate with Insights team to obtain additional data relevant to client
  • Follow all relevant procedures and administration of accounts within relevant CRM
  • Generate innovative ideas to support clients and boost brand awareness
  • Proactively identify improvements to processes and solutions


  • To apply for this full-time role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

    • 2+ years’ in a similar role within a B2B organisation
    • Ability to work well both in an independent manner and in a busy team environment
    • Great people skills – you’ll be working closely with the Practitioner Solutions business unit (Account Managers, Sales and Support), plus the wider HealthShare team
    • Professional and confident communicator – you’ll be engaging with clients in person, over the phone and via email
    • High level of attention to detail and excellent time management
    • Confident, self-motivated and not afraid to encourage colleagues to perform to the best of their abilities
    • High EQ and ability to obtain an understanding of client’s current position and needs
    • Experience with CRM software (we use Salesforce, HubSpot and an in-house system)
    • Flexibility to travel interstate when needed
    • Interstate travel – approx. 20% of time meeting with clients around Australia

This is a full-time role located in Bondi Junction, attractive remuneration package with car allowance and performance-based commission.
