About the Role:

We are seeking an outstanding Digital Marketing Manager to execute effective marketing campaigns with the aim of increasing product awareness, user engagement and revenue across our diverse product lines. We are looking for someone who will add significant value and be a key player in contributing innovative ideas to the business. You will need to have experience in all things digital – email marketing, growth hacking, A/B testing, optimization, CRM and measuring campaign success.


The Digital Marketing Manager will report into the CMO and has the following key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns designed to generate high quality cost efficient leads
  • Identify, engage and optimise digital and offline experiences for targeted customer segments
  • Content development and implementation of approved marketing campaigns: email, social media, newsletters, EDMs, blogs and trade conferences
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders including trade publications, industry bodies, agencies, clients, software integration partners, and journalists
  • Event co-ordination, expo and conference production
  • Other activities as required for general business support


  • 4+ years’ experience in a B2B or B2C environment (both would be ideal) with proven success in a similar marketing position
  • Energetic ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to operate within a fast-paced office environment
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, portals, and channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, well-organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse data and identify insights to drive increased campaign effectiveness
  • Tech savvy – keen to learn how to use new digital platforms and systems
