HealthShare are looking for a casual part-time Office Administrator to manage our small office located in Bondi Junction.
Co-ordinate office maintenance and repairs
Order office supplies
Replenish office food
Arrange monthly birthday cakes
Organise mid-year and end-of-year company events
Keep staff directory updated
Order new business cards
Manage Lunch n Learn Program
Organise annual flu shots
Organise monthly social events
Skills and attributes
To apply for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
1-2 years’ experience in office administration
Outstanding organisational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well with limited supervision as well as being a team player
Be able to work in and contribute to a friendly team environment
