HealthShare are looking for a full-time Sales Account Executive to join our Specialist Solutions team. You will manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure that clients receive value on their financial investment.

In addition, you will support the National Business Development Manager in generating new sales, using existing and potential customer networks.


  • Manage assigned client accounts ensuring a high return on investment for clients.
  • Key point of contact for all client enquiries.
  • Resolve client issues and enquiries.
  • Meet with clients quarterly to report success, explain product development, and facilitate contract renewal and cross-sell new solutions.
  • Generate innovative ideas to support clients and boost brand awareness.
  • Rolling forecasting for projected renewals, up-sell and content marketing opportunities.
  • Support the National Business Development Manager to achieve new sales targets.
  • Conduct cold calling campaigns.
  • Follow all relevant procedures and administration of accounts within CRM.
  • Proactively identify improvements to processes and solutions.

Skills and attributes


  • Bachelor’s Degree / tertiary level qualifications in a relevant discipline.


  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.


  • Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed sales targets.
  • Proven ability to negotiate.
  • Advanced conflict resolution skills.
  • Previous CRM experience.
  • Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and match them with appropriate product solutions.
  • Ability to working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organised and able to meet deadlines.
