About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our product development team and ensure high return on investment (ROI.) You’ll translate ideas into strategy and features and drive product development from start to finish.
You will be responsible for building products that drive growth and engagement with our users (patients and health professionals) as well as helping ensure users have frictionless and seamless experiences when using our products.
You'll be working closely with our commercialisation and engineering teams, as well as users and external stakeholder partners, to understand needs and create features that maximise engagement and revenue through our core products, whilst always having the patient’s best interests at heart.
Define & Deliver on Product Roadmaps:
Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company vision.
Focus on empowering the product team to deliver with velocity.
Collect and analyse feedback from users, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.
Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
Lead other product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
Suggest and implement ways to track product use and impact on end users.
Ensure a constant focus on the product roadmaps and a single-minded pursuit of delivery.
Establish & refine working relationships, processes and practices:
Attend and contribute to product demonstrations and retros, project meetings for major projects and present progress updates to the business.
Work with product managers, the technical team and broader business to drive revenue and audience-generating product improvements.
Actively track key performance metrics across the portfolio and report on these.
Ensure teams adhere to best practices and create efficient self-governing teams.

You must be able to demonstrate the following:
5+ years of relevant product management experience.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup-type environment.
An excellent understanding of product management fundamentals and agile delivery.
A relevant degree, diploma or commensurate practical experience (Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent is a bonus).
Demonstrated experience driving delivery and building great relationships with a dynamic team of developers and designers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong influencing skills across organisational boundaries.
Excellent analytical, attention-to-detail, trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.
A thorough understanding and appreciation of business drivers.
Collaborative nature - working with product, technical, sales, operations, marketing and design.
An outcomes-focused and results oriented mindset.
Experience with knowledge management, dynamic workflow or medical practice management software.
Understanding of experiment design and data-driven decision making.
Prior experience as a software developer.
Experience with high traffic websites, including deep knowledge of SEO.
